Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
How long does delivery take? +
Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days after your order is processed. We process all orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to Canada and the UK soon β€” sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping launches.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime by visiting Track My Order or logging into your account.

What is your return policy? +
We offer hassle-free 30-day returns on all items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Can I return opened beauty products? +
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, makeup, and fragrance products can only be returned if they are defective or not as described. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
How long do refunds take? +
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2–3 business days to show it.

Absolutely. Every product sold on GlowVault is 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorized distributors and suppliers. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit products.

We work directly with suppliers and buy in bulk, cutting out the middleman. We keep our overhead low and pass every dollar of savings directly to you. Lower prices don't mean lower quality β€” it means smarter shopping.
How often do you add new products? +

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I cancel or change my order? +
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or make a change, contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate. Once shipped, it can be returned after delivery.
My order says delivered but I didn't receive it. What do I do? +
Check around your door, mailbox, and with neighbors. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a day early. If it still hasn't arrived within 2 business days, contact us and we'll investigate and resolve it.
